Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) management discussed strengthening the organization’s operations and improving service delivery during an engaging high level meeting at its headquarters in Dar es Salaam.

The meeting, held on October 3, 2026, was convened by the Director General, Dr. Jabiri Bakari, and brought together directors, managers, chiefs, heads of units and zonal managers from across the organization. The meeting provided an opportunity for management to exchange views and contribute perspectives on the organization’s performance and its direction going forward.

The discussions emphasized the importance of every employee understanding their roles and responsibilities, while directors, managers and other leaders were encouraged to take an active role in supporting staff under their supervision. Particular attention was given to ensuring that employees are appropriately placed and able to effectively utilize their skills and abilities in contributing to the organization’s work.

Management also discussed the importance of stronger coordination across different levels of the organization and effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. The meeting provided a platform for participants to share views on strengthening the organization’s operations, improving efficiency and enhancing the quality of services provided to the public.
