FRANCE–ICAO DEVELOPING COUNTRIES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME (DCSP) 2026

Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) wishes to inform aviation professionals and interested stakeholders that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), through its Secretary General, Mr. Juan Carlos Salazar, has announced the 2026 France ICAO Developing Countries Scholarship Programme (DCSP).

The programme is jointly sponsored by the French Ministry of Transport, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, in collaboration with the École Nationale de l'Aviation Civile (ENAC), France and administered by ICAO. Under the programme, five (5) fellowships will be awarded to aviation professionals from eligible developing ICAO Member States to pursue Advanced Master's programmes in aviation-related fields.

•Airport Management, Air Transport Management, Safety Management in Aviation, viation Safety: Aircraft Airworthiness and Sustainable Aviation (Fully Online)
